It was more to point out how EVERY FREAKING HERO has a dark side. And for the heavy edit joke.
And the Shade one is literally nothing more than swapping red shades with black. |

Shadow Mario is not the dark side of Mario, it's Bowser Jr. Shadow Kirby is a fan-made character (you must mean mirror kirby, but that's a good guy), Dark Link is more or less an ilussion created by the fantastic poison gasses in an old watery temple, Dark Sonic never exsited (Sonic X NEVER HAPPENEEEEEED), anime characters don't count.
Herby, I prove your theory wrong. Not 'every freaking hero' has them. It depends how you look at 'dark side' I guess. The Dark side of the Force, the dark side of the moon, the cool side of the pillow. All goes.
As for dem sprites, I lol'd hard at 'Dark Naruto' being a 'heavy edit'. Maple story Pein has wrong hair and odd movement (no head momvement at all?), most of your other stuff are recolours so I'm not going to comment on that, spinner is cool, war could use a little more contrast in the shading and so does that cubot ape thing (or rather, it could use shading in general). |

I was referring to Mirror Kirby. And I never said anything about being evil. Nega Scott counts too.
And I meant just a dark side/form/enemy in general. Dark Link is the Original Shadow Man, you have to count him. I honestly hate Sonic, but it technically counts because it exists. And why shouldn't Anime count?
Maple characters honestly have little movement in their head besides blinking, and that's just my favorite Maple hairstyle.
War was my first project, so I guess I could work on it.
I never even tried to shade Cukong yet. |

| I don't see how anime characters don't count as heroes. Most of them are pretty heroic to me, and most of the time they have some dark side even if it's for a filler episode. |

| Damian meant that Dark Sonic shouldn't count as an official Sonic character as Sonic X is a miserable pile of filth that should never be acknowledged when regarding the games. He never meant that anime characters can't be heroes. |

Actually, I started as a pixel. Then I grew into a sprite, but I wanted to be a sprite that could reproduce, so I became a spriter. As soon as I picked up a harem I became a sprite sheet.
