John and Super Zak (the first two) are blue because they are in game. Why they aren't in the rips, I don't know.

Looks pretty nice. I like how you added the tail for the dragon looking one.
Or does he have a tail in the SFC game.

First, could you make him look more dragon-y?

I thought it was a dinosaur before I looked at the original sprite.
Maybe you could give him Alduin horns or more of a dragon-y snout?

I really can't describe the way I see it, but the closest example I can think of would be something like Akuma Samurai from Gotcha Force.

I had some trouble adding his horns. I'll try a few different styles and see where it goes.

I'll make it more skull like.


At the moment I'm only planning Giant, but If I have the mind later, I can work on more.

WAI, Hanzor, Leo, Nay, Skapokon, Ashura, Blaze, Gaean, and Houou.

Bonus:
Updated these two.

Extra Bonus:
Two beta characters that weren't actually in the game. I named them Colossus and Jack.
The placing in the NES sprites isn't the correct placing. I made it more like the characters they would likely be modeled on. (Titan for Colossus, and Jack was really just random due to being a clown.)

You've made every single character that's appeared in the series in a better cooler style. You have the perfect head start.


I mean, Silver assembled a full team for some completely unoriginal Pokemon game that's been attempted 20+ times. Not to mention she actually had no tamgible proof that she even had any work done. You've got everyone sprited already.
Seriously, even the name was unoriginal. Sonic Gens, Pokemon Gens...

You might as well try.

I don't have a ton of programming experience, but if I ever get into game design, I did spend a few sleepless nights thinking up Joy Mech Fight: Revolution.

Maybe a fan game is something to think about, though.

Those are all okay. Overall they have okay anatomy, but they still don't look realistic enough as far as the outlines vs. Bodily structure goes. The top ones are lanky and the last 5 at the end all have weird arms and their legs don't look proportional to the rest of them. He almost looks boxy.

Overall, the palette is too hushed IMO, and it brings the style down.

Correct.

Something that's hushed is quiet and somewhat dull or dark.
