| I added a Billy Hatcher stance, just to test my animating ability. Actually my second animation I ever made. First one was a shitty pixel shifting of Ken. Deleted now. |

Should've said something about the red thing on the back was gonna be fixed. I noticed. Since school is about to start in 2 hours, I wouldn't be making that much progress on him.
Edit: Fixed the red thing on the back of Billy's head. I was trying to make it bounce, but I failed. Though I see the problem now, so i'll attempt it again. Yet it looks so stiff, it's the reason why i'm gonna bounce the red thing and move the arms a bit. |

| The stance looks good at first glance, but it's really just changing his feet and moving him up and down, that makes his upper body stiff as he'll.
Add some arm movement, or make him bend his knees, or something other then his heels. |

|  Update, Lito's request. Ignore the hands, it's a WIP. Also, if you see something wrong with the face, look at it closely. It has a certain style to it, to show the nose. Zoom in. I shade the face in the shape of a nose. I took the style upon looking at that butifaul Billy Hatcher sprite. |

| Holy crap that Lito sprite is horrible. Anyways.  I did everything except for the color of the jacket. It was originally a light orange, but SP helped me. |
