Underated:
Mother 3(Or Mother games in general, raise your hand if you knew about Ness BEFORE Super Smash bros)
Drill Dozer
Yoshi's Island
Puyo Pop and Panel De Pon games

I would say Cave story but recently it's become a middle man of sorts.

I actually had a copy of Earthbound for my SNES when I was younger. Found it at a garage sale.
I still think cave story is extremely underrated, although I think that's gonna change a bit when the 3DS release comes out.

Underrated - Kabuki Quantum Fighter, Comix Zone, Donkey Kong 64, Quest 64, Primal Rage

overrated - Mario kart, New Super Mario bros, Mario and Sonic at the Olympic(whatever) games,Viewtiful Joe,
Luigi's Mansion, Super Mario Sunshine, and soul calibur.

All it is was just a confirmation from Nintendo saying "yes we have good graphics". There wasn't much storyline,
the bosses were way too easy to beat,and the only thing keeping you playing over again was trying to get enough money to get the biggest mansion in the end.

Thing is, it never needed a 3DS release. It's been put on the Wii and on the DSi already. As far as indie goes, I can name a hundred more games that need recognition.
