Neutral Special: Psychokinesis

Description: Silver swings his hand forward. If an opponent is in front of him, he lifts them up in the air and throws them forward. This can also affect crates, barrels, and other items.
If it is possible, have the opponent/item that Silver uses his neutral special on glow a bright blue colour while he's holding them.
Side Special: Psychic Knife

Air

Description: Silver creates a blade of psychic energy and fires it. Silver will not release the projectile until the special button is released, allowing Silver to shoot the projectile whenever he wants.
Up Special: Levitation

Air

Description: Silver uses his psychic powers to lift himself into the air. This moves has good vertical recovery with a slight amount of horizontal recovery.
Down Special: ESP

Air

Description: If an opponent is in front of Silver, Silver will use his psychic powers to hold them in place for a few seconds, allowing Silver to attack the opponent.

Pretty cool. I'm not a huge Sonic fan, but I played as this guy in some Sonic game at my friend's place once.

His body just magically jumps downwards with his feet. It isn't in sync with the feet movement.

I see it now...
But it's not REALLY wrong. It could use improvement, but not a lot. It's not that noticable.
