Well, since the request section has been cleaned, I propose we make a request guideline to help make to section more productive. Almost like the Expansion Checklist. It would help avoid bad requests and make them more viable.

It would include a Reference Picture, the four specials and FS, any description you can provide, (maybe) a base sprite, and details about the playstyle.

For example, if I were to make a request for...lets say Saki from Tatsunoko vs. Capcom (I have no idea what her gaming origin is...) I'd put a nice reference, (not to big, not to small), Her specials along with a good description for each and FS, some sort of description on who she is, what she's from, etc, and details about how great her range for her attacks are.

Would you have to include basic attacks like smashes, tilts, etc?

You know one character I'd be happy as hell to see. Frank West. Ever since Dead Rising came out, zombie killing never looked better. I'd love to see the American Freelance Photographer slam a sledge in Mario or do a giant swing to Naruto. If someone where to do a character like him, they would need to focus on his weapons and his pro wrestling moves. Now I suck at making sprites, if I could, I would. But if there is one soul out there brave enough to pump this game with Frank, Do it.

We got rid of the Expansion Request Section for a reason. We don't need another one.

Erm, AEM, this was made before the Requests were deleted, but after Damian's first clean-up.
So it's invalid now, and somebody should probably lock this thing up before some other noob tries to make a request here.
