| Well, like you said. They're basically just neon. They look nice, though. |

| Added some kind of lightning effect. Turned out pretty good.
EDIT: Also added a Neon Blade. |

| I like them. They look good as neon. Also if I wanted to would I be able to use some of these for an expansion? |

No problem. If you also wanna make some yourself, ask me. |

Thanks that, lightning and neon blade are going to come in very handy. Do I have to give you credit or anything? (I probably will anyway) |

| What tools do you need to use in GIMP to do this? |

| I don't know much about flash, but is it possible to make the effects less blurry on the flash effect sheet? |

Not many tools, but you do needs a large enough canvas, and solitude of each sprite.
Go to the Filters tab at the top of GIMP, then Alpha to Logo, then Neon. Choose your color, keep the background, and change the image. When you're done with this, make SURE to delete the background.
It doesn't matter what color, shape, or form of object you use (all I did for the first 3 was draw some sloppy circle, or zig-zag lines), it will always turn out the same. Make sure you use at least a size 7 circle if you plan to do this though. It doesn't work too well on squares, and if it's smaller, the entire canvas is just one color.
EDIT: Forgot to tell you, make it a .png, and save the gamma and the offset.

I'm not sure about that either. I think it's the shape of the sprites that causes it to do that. Or it might just be the neon shine radius. I'll try and do something about that. |
