Alright, so this topic is made to deal with noobs and help turn them to into skilled expansion creators, which will help increase productivity in this forum. Please read the three spoilered text below before volunteering.

Alright, so I will tell you about this system:

There will be some volunteered members who are experenced expansion creators s that will be specialized in one or some (maybe even all) of the three fields: Custom Spriting, Editing and Animating, and Moveset Creation. They will be assigned to one or a few students, depending on how much they are willing to take.They will be the ones who will help their students or regular members (regular members who want to become advanced and one of the greats) by PM. The students and mentors will communicate with each other: student stating his problems and skills he want to improve while the mentors will help train them and teach them some skills that are needed when creating an expansion. This system will help improve the skills of the noob/inexperenced population and turn them into skilled and productive expansion creators of this community.

EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT A MENTOR:

There are three group of people classified in this system: Mentors: The veteran members who are said to be good at making expansions and animations and that will teach beginners and regular members. Regular Members: Members who participate in small expansion projects or have the cabibility of creating animations. They can be taught to become more of a better expansion creator, but must volunteer to be on the list. Beginners/Inexperenced: Members who are new to the forums, never created an animations before, or just plain sucks at it. Will be automatically added to the list that are classified by regular members or mentors. Requirements of a mentor - Must be considered a veteran of the forums and have stayed here for a minimum of 3 months. - Must be active enough here and be able to respond to your noob’s messages and responses frequently. - They rarely flamed someone (if any at all), start one, or engage in one assaulting the victim. - Must be actually willing to work with people and help. They will to their best not yell at them in any way, no matter what the circumstance is. Also, you don’t have to be an EAT or Mod to join. You are allowed to join as long as you match all of the requirements above. Expansion Skills These mentors will teach noobs and regular members the skills they need to become expansions makers. There are three fields of these you can choose to specialize in: Custom spriting Able to make sprites and bases from scratch. Editing and Animating Able to turn one simple base sprite into a full fluent animation with methods like custom posing. Moveset Creation Able to create well detailed, canon, and unique movesets for any sort of character that most players or members would like. They will be able to teach them the field including spriting tests, showing noobs the process of their field, giving constrictive criticism, or any method the mentor chooses.

Respectability is not something you can judge about yourself. Rather, that's the decision of other members to decide if you're a respectable person. Because of this, I did not put my respect level in my application, but I filled out everything else.

It's your reputation here, and you don't even have to go into that much detail about it. Are you constantaly flamed at? Do people like you? Do people really look up to you? Do people treat you like your are a really useful here. Just give a brief, summary answer based on what OTHER people speak and people's interactions with you and the history of it. That's all.
