| Hiryu, a member of the Strider unit of Cyberninjas. Many people know him from his appearances in the Marvel vs Capcom series, dating back to his first appearance. This version of him is his Default MvC2 costume. (Will resize later) Preview: | Spoiler: | | | (Note, this is his "normal" costume. I used his MvC2 costume) |
Entrance- Stance-  Walk-  Run-  Turn Around - Note: Strider goes from Stance to Reversed stance without a turn around, as that's how he was in his original games Jump- Double jump- Back jump- Back double jump- Falling-  Land- Basic combo
(Will turn into one animation, working on the timing) Neutral Special: Formation A
- This animation plays, and from behind Strider appears...
A tiger robot appears! It runs across the stage until it either hits a wall, or gets hit itself. Only one can be on screen at once.
Attack, my robot tiger!
He was a brave soldier... Air
 (Tiger animations are the same) Side Special: Gram - This attack reflects projectiles like Mario's cape and does high knockback.
 Air
 Up Special: Vajira
- Strider leaps forward so fast...
- That you can't see him during flight! It travels as far 1.5x as far as Shiek's version of this, but doesn't do damage and can be directioned in any angle from 100% left, to straight up, to 100% right. Down Special: Formation S - Strider summons a special node, which can be used to protect him from one hit from behind, or pressed again to launch like a projectile. It goes real fast, but does low damage and medium knockback.
- This Node may save you. Use it well.
- ... or you could just fire it for a quick hit.

(Hold Frame 2 for smash) Neutral air- Up air- Forward air- Back air- Down air- Aeriel Lands- Crouch- Down tilt- Up tilt- Forward tilt- Dash attack-  Grab miss- Grab- Pummel- Forward throw- Up throw- Back throw- Down throw- Final Smash: Legion
- Strider does his regular summon stance... But instead of one, TONS of Formation A's, B's and C's attack at once! (Note: This was a level 1 Hyper combo in the MvC games, but this one will be much, much bigger and much, much more powerful)
Formation A = Tiger (uses Nspec's animations) - Run and bite. These don't die if they hit a wall, instead they turn around and continue until the FS is over Formation B = Bird (To be sprited) - Fly and scratch. They fly around in a random pattern, and give collision damage, with the lower part of it, the claws, meteor smashing. Formation C = Bird with Bomb (To be sprited) - These birds drop bombs which explode when they touch the ground, after which they basically become a Formation B. Reference video:

| Not bad. Though I'd say to edit the idle into a pose with more movement. |

This is going to be one of my first downloads for sure, after I download all of my own expansions.

Don't they equal to around the size of the new character to stage ratio? |

The sprites are too big for starters. What reason would one have to make an expansion depecting Hiryu but not use the common modern blue suit. What reason? Why depict a character but not in his most famous garb? I can already tell you that if we would let this true everyone would bitch about the costume. It's a really poor choice.
The moveset is good though, although I really miss his famous Ragnarok move.
But, as stated, this expansion can't be accepted, because if one were to code this (and resize it) the quality would turn horrible.
Also, don't do 'Capcom classics' please, he's part of the 'Strider' series. |

All right. I really just wanted to do an expansion ASAP, and needed something, so I just picked the first thing in my head. I kinda knew it wouldn't work, and since I could only find Brown-Strider sprites, I was pooched from the start.
So, I think I might end this and start another. A better fitting one. A better sized one.
