Oh, that's what you meant. I care, but no one gives two shits to actually give me some serious critique on any of them. Like UD, just being an annoyance, and same with Yoh.

| Ohh well... I think that in what you are mostly failing is in shaping the head and detaling the face, especialy the eyes. Also, I think you are covering the faces too much with the hair in most of the sprites. |

The eyes/face problem is more notable in Tien, Chiaotzu, Jamcha and Murasaki. It really doesn't feel like them.
And Suigetsu and Jiraya have to show a little more their faces.
edit: Also, there is a strange pixel shifting in Nam's turbant; and the dot in his forehead changes positions. |

| You should've stopped after making 1 or 2 of these things, other then getting the hang of concepts that you shouldn't get to right now, these won't learn you anything. All you are doing is taking a sprite and then making just about the exact same thing. It's really not impressive.
What you should work on, is your human anatomy. That guy with the giant orange hand has blocky legs/feet and is actually just blocky all over (a lot of your stuff is, really). The 'shading' (or the lack of shading, rather) on the hair is something you could easily have caught yourself. It's bad.
Jiraiya's hands. Just.. what. It looks like you just downsized the hands of Naruto Ninja Clash Run Thing Dash Chakra Senpai Sama and rolled with that. It looks like a cluttered mess of pixels, not even ment to resemble a hand. and the upper hand lacks a finger. These are detailed that you can't possibly hope people overlook. Why did you even overlook them?
All in all, most of the stuff that you actually did yourself is blocky and has a very poor outline and detailing (shading too, but fix the other things before you try to get the hang of shading. Please), and the rest is just a demake of the original sprites. Not worth your time, not worth our time.
Stop being 'in the JUS buisness', and just go on to make outlines with JUST base colours (i.e. no shading), study up on your human anatomy, and stop using other sprites as reference because then you just copy everything. Use pictures or models from games, I dunno, just not sprites.
Sorry to be harsh, but you wanted critique. |
