I thought the whole point of the Leaf expansion was that she wouldn't use Pokemon, but she'd use items from the Pokemon universe instead.

Perhaps you can use the team she had in Pokemon Adventures?

I don't know about Jiggly, since he she it's already in SSB and most likely in SSF2.

She has other options, and frankly her Jiggly is now a Wigglytuff.
