| So, I've tried to start making my first expansion, the main charater from Legend of Mana. I did about ten hours of the research, NOT EXAGGERATING, came up with a move set, and got a sprite sheet for him. However, whenever I try to make a gif utilizing the sprites from the sprite sheet, they come out in different shapes and sizes and look terrible. I would really appreciate any help from anyone that could help fix this problem.
Also, the website I'm using to make the gifs is Picasion.com. |

| Keep the boxes to a single size and line the feet up. And I mean actually make the boxes the same size yourself, don't go checking the box that makes all images the same size.
Also, that website doesn't have a "Keep images the same size" option. When you pick a size on this Picason it most likely distorts the picture.
Try this to animate instead. |

| Already changed the link, bro. I think for the purposes of the game, I'd replace it with a faster version. |

| It looks horrible actually.
Are all the sprite size correct? It seems to get bigger from the 2nd frame. |

That's the least of its problems. It's way too shaky, way too slow, and not in place, for starters. Most importantly, the style would not fit ssf2, and compared to mario (which seems to be close to his height, judging by the body), he's way too big. |

| Phew... You sure don't pull any punches. Well, I respect that. How would I change him to look more SSF2 styled? |

Most of those problems are because it's size in incorrect. It is way too slow. Try to fasten it up. Also, have each frame with the same size.
And if you want it to be in SSF style, maybe you should make an original sprite sheet of it (if it's possible for you.). Or just edit the sheet you're using so it has sprites that are enough to make an expansion. |

| All right, I took a look at the sprites for SSF2 again, and I edited a sprite to resemble the style of the majority of the caracters. Is this a good start? |

| Not bad. Try to make an idle for it. |
