The walk is a bit jittery and the run should be at least a bit faster then the walk, or a different animation... but so far it doesn't look too bad. Though if I remember correctly, Cleod said no characters that follow, (which is why there's no Ice Climbers) but if you put Mr.Mew in with the spites...

The direction her arm is bending tells us that postion of her right arm is in a wrong postition. It is usually unconfortable that if your elbow facing the opposite side away of her body. I could be wrong though.

There should be a frame or two of her getting into the idle animation after putting her cell phone away to make the animation smoother.

The run chould be faster than the walk too.

So....who's working on Neku?
